How do I place an order?

  1. Visit DVDWalmart.com and click the Start My Order button in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select the media you would like to preserve.
  3. Complete the order form and proceed to checkout.
  4. Choose either Pick-Up at Walmart or Mail My Order.
  5. If needed, sign in to your Walmart Home Movie and Photo Transfer account.
  6. Complete your Shipping and Billing information, and click "Place My Order".
  7. Print your Order/Shipping Documents.
  8. Pack your order according to our Shipping Instructions.
  9. Drop Off and Ship
    • If you selected Pick-Up at Walmart, drop off at your chosen Walmart Store (Photo/Electronics Department) or visit your local UPS drop-off location to drop off your shipment.
    • If you selected the Mail My Order option, visit your local UPS drop-off location to drop off your shipment.
